Prayer is a vital part of christian life, and we offer these opportunities to meet together and pray with our church family. Everyone is warmly invited to attend.
- Prayer Breakfast Meetings are held on the third Saturday of the month at 8:30 am in the Church Hall. This is a time of praying specifically for individuals, the church, national and international issues.
- Together With God is an informal service with a heavy focus on prayer which is held in the church building every Tuesday at 10am.
Fellowship Groups meet regularly around the parish to study the bible, pray together and encourage one another in our journey with Jesus.
Our Men’s Group meets twice a month at the vicarage to study the bible and to encourage one another in our faith, and we also meet once a month for a meal in the church hall to hear a testimony from one of our number or an outside speaker.
Our Women’s Group meet once a month on a Saturday in the church hall for food, fellowship and a testimony or short thought.
We also have a Women’s Bible Study Group on Wednesday morning during term time. This is open to all women, but is targeted at those who are caring for young children. It tends to be a bit noisy because the children play alongside us while we share, pray and open the bible together. We always start with drinks and toast.
If you’d like to join any of the groups above, please contact us so that we can put you in touch with a group suited to you.
